East End Grand 1940’s

This 1940’s home had grand features but was broken into many small rooms.

We were able to open it up and relocate a window to allow for better function.

The finishes that were chosen, painted cabinets, soft grey/white caesarstone and handcrafted ceramic tile bring back the focus to the original era.

We loved our house so much we decided to invest in our dream kitchen. Upon completion it was so beautiful and we were devastated to learn we had been transferred back east and had to move in two months. As disappointed as we were, we were thrilled at how the competitive offers came in one higher than the next. We were able to sell our home with a very short closing period, and we know it was all due to the Cucina kitchen.
