Sometimes after living in a home for 20 years you cannot see the possibilities. The husband loves to cook, but only had 12 inches of counter on either side of the range. The open balcony was a lot of real estate being under utilized. We added 12 feet of counter to their kitchen, so it is now a cook’s delight. In addition, the guests get to watch the chef while they wait for their delicious meal.
